Refund and Returns Policy

Café Rico Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence.

To allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently, please read the returns policy in it’s entirety before contacting us to return any of your purchases.

To open a return or refund request please first contact us either via email or telephone (01305) 761900Be sure to include your Order Number along with your request.

The Distance Selling Regulations state that you have from the day you placed your order until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order.

Please do NOT return any products to us without confirming that the item is covered by our returns policy. Products returned to us without confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Valid goods accepted for returns must be, in unused and preferably unopened, or in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for returning and refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £15 on the product.

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. – out of date, ripped packaging) We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

Custom ordered products and commercial equipment purchases are not eligible for return.

Return Collections

£15.00 + VAT PER BOX COLLECTED

After you have contacted us and we have confirmed you are eligible for a return, and we receive your products.

  • We will promptly send you a replacement, or
  • We will promptly issue your refund

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a prompt replacement or a full refund. We must receive notification via email or telephone within 3 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds for validated returns will be credited to your credit/debit card within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the returned items. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Please ensure returned goods are posted using special/recorded delivery as Café Rico Ltd will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
