MONIN ROASTED HAZELNUT PANCAKES WITH DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- FOR TOPPING
- Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Toasted Hazelnuts (optional)

MONIN DARK CHOCOLATE WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces all-purpose flour, approximately 1 3/4 cups
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1.5 ounces cocoa powder, approximately 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 whole eggs, beaten
- 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 10 ounces milk, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Nonstick cooking spray, for waffle iron
