While most espressos require a blend of beans from various regions, Doi Chaang single-estate espresso has both the complexity and profile to stand on its own. A unique delicate espresso, it brings the distinctive characteristics of Doi Chaang Coffee into your cup. It is a sweet-toned, yet rich espresso that has a silky mouth feel. The finish is clean, fruity and well-balanced.

A select combination of finest Doi Chaang beans are roasted in individual batches and then combined to create a full, lively cup. Roasting on different levels produces a complex, yet seamless blend that has a spicy aroma and a full-bodied undertone with distinct floral notes.

Doi Chaang premium beans receive a long slow roast to create a dark, exotic cup with an intensely bold richness. Vibrant with an earthy fragrance, Doi Chaang Single-Origin Dark roast has a full body with a pleasant, slightly tart acidity. A sweet taste with a hint of smoky flavour, it finishes with a hint of caramel and macadamia nut.

Premium Doi Chaang coffee beans are decaffeinated using the patented Swiss Water process. This 100% chemical free decaffeination method uses only water to remove the caffeine. Single-Origin Decaf is a medium-dark roast that provides a delicately sweet, full-bodied cup with a pleasant floral aroma.

A coffee cherry typically produces two flat sided beans, yet when the cherry produces only one oval shaped bean, it is called a peaberry. The peaberry bean is much smaller with a higher concentrated flavour and represents only 5% of our annual crop.
