Fair Trade Espresso consists of 100% arabica beans from Colombia and Costa Rica, darkly roasted, it gives this espresso a deep burnt sugar taste reminiscent of caramel, butterscotch and peanut butter on toast. 6 X 1kg

Caffe Crema is a blend of Honduras, Ethiopian Mocha, Indian Mysore and Ugandan Screen 18 Robusta, roasted relatively darkly in a traditional Italian style. It is full flavoured and full bodied with notes of rich cocoa and roasted hazelnuts balanced by a smooth creaminess and a lingering spicy finish. Relatively low in acidity, this blend does have good sweetness and a pleasant chocolatey bitterness towards the finish. Rich, earthy and intense as an espresso, and smooth chocolatey and malty as a milky drink. One of our best selling wholebeans. Caffe Crema is roasted and packed especially for Cafe Rico.

Blend 31 Whole Beans. This blend came about as a result of a very fussy customer who wanted a particular flavour with 100% Arabica beans that would give a great Espresso and Americano. The result was Blend 31 which is now one of our most favourite blends. 6 x 1kg
